“Tim is a great hand. Smart, aware of priorities and action oriented. Pleasant to work with. A good find.”
- Howard Bye, Golden Gates Farm, Veteran, AB.
"With an expanding farming operation, I wasn't sure how I was going to get everything done, but then I came in contact with Cascade Recruitment. They were able to find someone who was a great match for the farm. What a great experience, a great deal was learned, and new friendships were formed for life."
-
Mike Deobald, Stone Barn Farm, Saskatchewan Canada
“I met Mr. Austin during a very frustrating time when I was trying to locate an agency that could help me find a personal assistant for our 3 daughters. I was very intrigued by Mr. Austin’s business model, and in a short time he was able to find several suitable applicants.
It has been a pleasure working with Stuart, and I have found his support and processes to be very professional and effective. I look forward to working with Mr. Austin again in the near future, and have recommended his services many times.”

- As an employer, we will recommend a fair remuneration rate based on the applicants experience. However, the final agreement on wages is left up to the employer and employee to negotiate.
- The one stipulation of employment of a Positive Perfection or Cascade Recruitment applicant is that the employer shall either provide or pre-arrange accommodation prior to the arrival of an employee.
